At Editorial Style, every item is printed and finished specifically for you at the moment of your order. This "made-to-order" approach allows us to reduce textile waste and ensure each garment meets our standards. Because each piece is custom-made, we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
We take great pride in the "integrity" of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Notification Period: Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery.

Requirements: Email editorinchief@geteditorialstyle.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.

Resolution: Once verified, we will initiate a new production run for your item immediately.
Sizing & Buyer's Remorse
Because our items are printed on demand, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer’s remorse.

The "Editor’s Tip": To ensure the perfect fit, please consult the Size Guide on each product page before finalizing your purchase. Our premium tees are retail-fit and unisex; when in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the carrier confirms the package was lost before reaching your address.
Returns Address
Please do not mail items back to our Philadelphia headquarters. All verified returns or quality checks are handled through our fulfillment partner's regional facilities. If a return is authorized, we will provide you with the correct shipping coordinates.
